The internet knows me as the Etsy witch for weather, and I do not mind. But under the weather, the money, the work and the love, there is a wish I see on my table more often than people would guess: I want my people. The friend who went quiet. The new city where nobody knows your name yet. The group where you laugh along and still feel outside. Many of you found my friendship spell on Etsy. Etsy no longer lists spells like it, so it lives at my own table now, and this is exactly what I do.
First, what a friendship spell is
In my hands, a friendship spell is an intention for connection, held with full attention for one person: your name and your wish on paper, a candle, and words spoken aloud as if they are already true. It never makes anyone like you, and I would never try; another person's heart is theirs. It works on your side of every friendship that has ever started: the openness in your face, the courage to say yes, the small decisions that put you in the right room on the right evening.
It is also very old. People have always given friendship its rituals: bread and salt for a guest, still offered across much of Eastern Europe; the friendship books, the alba amicorum, that German students carried from the sixteenth century and asked every new friend to sign; the prayers for en-musubi, the tying of good connections, at Izumo Taisha in Japan. I hold the same wish those people held, for one name at a time.
What happens when your order comes in
Your name and your date of birth go on paper, in my handwriting, and beneath them your words: the city you moved to, the friend you miss, the kind of people you long for. Your words, not mine. A pink candle is lit for you, a piece of rose quartz rests beside it, and a drop of honey goes on the paper, so that what comes to you comes sweetly. If the wish is about one friendship, a sprig of rosemary joins them, for remembering what was good.
Then I do the thing I believe in more than anything else in this work: I speak your intention aloud, in the present tense, as if it is already so. Not "please let someone like me", but "there are people who are glad you came". And I feel it, the way you will feel it: the easy laugh, the message that asks if you are coming, the seat that is kept for you. I stay there, in a quiet that is yours alone, until the feeling is whole.
Then I write to you
When the candle is out, I write down what I noticed while I held your wish: where your warmth was already reaching people, what was holding you back, and where the next friendships seem to be waiting, as it came to me. That becomes your report. It is written for you alone, from what you shared and what I sensed, and it arrives the same day, seven days a week, during my active hours.
The report ends with one sentence to carry with you, short and in the present tense, for the moment before you walk into a room. People tell me it is the part they remember.
Your part, and it is the strongest part
For one week, write down not names but what your friends will be like: kind, funny, the ones who ask how your day really was. Keep the paper beside a candle or a piece of rose quartz, where you see it every day. Then do one thing each day that a person with a full life of friends would do: say yes to the invitation you would normally skip, send the first message, go back to the class, the choir or the walking group a second time, because the second time is when people remember you. Two people holding one clear picture pull harder than one, and your own choices remain the strongest force there is.
And then I stay with you
This is the part I care about most, and the part that is different from a listing you order and forget. Afterwards I check in with you. You receive my small guide After Your Reading, with the morning ritual: a candle, a glass of water, one sentence, one true feeling, and a thank you. Aftercare is not an extra with me; it is the norm, because this work can shift things, and I want you to leave my table with more strength, more energy and more clarity than you arrived with.
What comes back to my table
These are from people who had a ritual at my table. Not every one of them was about friendship, but they say what matters to me: care, a check-in, and something that shifted.
"An absolute angel. She is thoughtful And so kind, took her time to really explain each step, and I've seen shifts since working with her. Would recommend!"

Which one is yours?
If you long for new people around you, or for a friendship to warm up again, begin with the Friendship Spell. If there is one friend you cannot read, the Their Thoughts & Feelings Reading tells you what they feel and where you stand, and beside the spell it is half price. If a friendship has ended and needs releasing rather than mending, the Cord Cutting Ritual is its gentler companion. And if the real work is feeling at home in yourself first, the Self-Love Ritual is where I would begin. Everything is together on my friendship spell page.
Is it different on my own site?
Same ritual, same table, same report. Here it is one price, held the same day, seven days a week, with the reading at half price beside it if you want one, and all of the aftercare included. And you can write to me directly, as a real message, at any point. I answer every one myself.
Questions people ask me about friendship spells
Are you the same Etsy witch who does the weather spells?
Yes. Same table, same candle, same care. Weather is what the internet found first; friendship, love, work, home and money have been on my table just as long.
What do you need from me for a friendship spell?
Your first name, your date of birth and your wish in your own words. One true detail makes it warmer: the city you moved to, the friend you miss, the kind of people you are looking for.
Can a friendship spell make someone like me?
No, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you something else. A friendship spell works on your side: your openness, your courage and the paths that bring the right people near. Whether someone walks through the door you open is always their choice.
How fast is a friendship spell held?
The same day, seven days a week, during my active hours. Orders placed while I am resting are first in line when I return, and your report arrives by e-mail.
What can I expect?
A ritual held with care on the day you order, a report written for you alone, and afterwards I check in with you. I promise no outcome: this is spiritual guidance, offered for entertainment purposes. What I give you is my full attention, and a way to walk into the next room a little lighter.
If your wish is friendship, begin with the Friendship Spell. And if you are not sure, the spell finder asks you one question and shows you what I would hold.
Go well, and go where your people are.
Ivy
