Perhaps you come home from work feeling like a sponge. Perhaps a person, a place or a chapter has left a residue you cannot quite name, and you find yourself saying yes when you mean no. You do not need to be afraid of anything to want to feel like yourself again. That is what this ritual is for. You may know it as a protection spell or an aura cleanse; at my table it is simply clearing, and strength.
