How quickly will I receive my reading or ritual report? A reading is in your inbox within the hour during my active hours, and a ritual report the same day, seven days a week. Orders placed while I am resting are first in line when I return. Wherever you are in the world, the promise is the same, and the clock starts the moment your order is in.
Where does my report arrive? In your inbox, at the e-mail address on your order, as a personal message from me that you can read at your own pace and come back to whenever you like. If you do not see it within your window, check your spam folder first, then write to me; I send it again straight away.
Is there a faster option? There does not need to be one. Every reading comes within the hour and every ritual report the same day, during my active hours, and nothing is faster to pay for. The price you see is the whole price: written for you alone, with the same care and the same length, whenever you order.
Can I order for someone else? Yes, with their knowledge. A reading is written from what a person shares, so the best gift is a gift card that lets them share it themselves, in their own words. For a wedding or an event you can order a blessing or a ritual for a couple and give them the report. I do not read about a person who has not asked for it, and never about anyone under eighteen.
Do you have gift cards? Yes, for €11.11, €22.22 or €44.44, delivered by e-mail with a few words of your own, on the date you choose. They can be used on anything on the site: readings, rituals, blessings and jewellery, in any combination, and they do not expire. You find them under Give a reading.
Readings & rituals
What is a reading, exactly? A personal written text, depending on the depth you choose, from your full name, your date of birth and your question in your own words. It tells you what I feel from you, what I see around your question, timing in universal terms, signs to watch for and one step that is yours, and it ends with your choices as the strongest force. I write every reading for you alone. Nothing is copied, nothing is reused.
How does the ritual at your table work? One person at a time, at my table, and no two rituals are quite the same, because what you bring is never the same. Your name and what you shared go on paper, in your own words. A candle is lit for you, and I work with a range of natural elements chosen for what you asked: water, a herb, salt, whatever the ritual calls for. The intention is spoken aloud and held in quiet. Afterwards your report is written from what I noticed: how it was prepared, what I worked with and why, and a small ritual for your own mornings.
What does a ritual do? A ritual holds your intention in the light, clears and blesses the energy around it, and gives your worry somewhere to go. Every ritual is held at my table for you alone, with what belongs to that ritual, and written into a report the same day. What you feel afterwards is calm and direction; what you do with them is yours. Every ritual is about you, never aimed at another person's feelings or choices, and I say so on every page.
Is it accurate? Accuracy belongs to forecasts, and a reading is something else: a clear, honest look at where your energy is and at the dynamics around your question, written from what you share with me. My reviews describe the feeling of being seen and of knowing what to do next; that is what I aim for every time. If your reading does not meet you, tell me within seven days.
Do you predict the future? No. I read energy and themes, and I give timing in universal terms, "within a short number of weeks", never dates. A year is a set of themes, and another person's choices stay their own. What a reading does is show you clearly where things stand and where they lean, so that the future is something you walk into with your eyes open rather than something that happens to you.
Is there anything you do not do? Yes, and I would rather say so now. I do not read about anyone under eighteen, even with a parent's consent. I do not perform rituals aimed at another person's feelings or behaviour, and I do not tell you what someone else will do. I do not give medical, legal, financial or psychological advice; where a question touches those, I read the energy around it and point you warmly to a professional. And I never sell fear.
Payment & policies
How can I pay? With iDEAL, PayPal, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Bancontact. Prices are shown in your own currency where I support it, including euros, US dollars, British pounds, and Canadian and Australian dollars. Payment is taken when you order, and your confirmation e-mail follows the same moment.
Can I cancel, and what if I am not happy? Every reading and ritual is personal and digital, and delivery begins right away. At checkout you ask me to start immediately and accept that the right of withdrawal ends once your reading is delivered; until then you can cancel free of charge. After delivery there is one rule: not happy, tell me within seven days, and I make it right with a partial or full refund at my discretion. Write to me first; a conversation is faster than a dispute, and I answer every message.
What happens to what I share with you? It is used to write your reading or hold your ritual, and for nothing else. Names, dates and situations are stored securely, used only to write for you, kept for a limited period and then deleted, sooner if you ask. Photos you upload for a palm or coffee reading are deleted after delivery. I never share your details, and I never quote your reading in an example or a review without your permission.
In which languages can I receive my reading? English, German, Dutch, French or Spanish; you choose the language of your reading when you order. Write your question in whichever of these you think in, and your reading comes back in that language, in Ivy's voice, not in a translation of someone else's. After your reading
How should I read my reading? Twice, slowly, a day apart. The first time, read it through without stopping and notice what lands. The second time, underline the sentences that name something you already knew, and let the rest go for now; some lines arrive weeks later, on their own. Do not hunt for signs; they find you. And keep the step at the end small and real, because that is where a reading becomes movement.
What is the check-in? A little while after your reading, I write to you: one detail from your reading, one question about how you are, nothing to buy. Answer at length, in one line, or not at all; all three are welcome. It is there because a reading keeps unfolding after you close it, and because I like to know how you are. If life has shifted since, this is the place to say so. And you can always reply to my e-mail, then or later: I read it and answer you myself.
When should I order again? When life shifts, or when a new question stands in front of you. I keep your earlier readings beside me, so a new reading builds on the last one instead of starting over. If nothing has moved yet, give the first reading a little more time; the signs it names often arrive in the weeks after. Many people take a Year Ahead or Signature Reading once a year and smaller readings when something specific comes up.
