Reconciliation spells, held at my table

Reconciliation spells

I am Ivy, and reconciliation is one of the most tender wishes that reaches my table. The ex you are not ready to call an ex. The sister you have not spoken to since the funeral. The friend who stopped answering after one sentence too many. When you order a reconciliation spell, I hold the bond between you at my table the same day, and write to you about what I felt there and how to take a first gentle step.

I hold your side of the door, and I hold it open. I never work on anyone's will, and I never wish anyone pain to bring them back. That is why it holds.

What is a reconciliation spell?

A reconciliation spell is an intention for peace between two people, held with full attention: your name beside theirs, the two names facing each other, a little honey, a candle, and words spoken as if the first kind conversation has already happened. It works on everything that is yours to bring: the pride set down, the hurt given room, the right words, and the courage to reach out when the moment is right.

It does not make anyone come back. What it does is warm the air between you, so that if they are also ready, the first step is easier for you both.

When people ask me for one

  1. After a break-up that still does not feel finished

You miss them, and part of you believes it could still work. I hold the bond warm and your side of it clear. Whether they walk back through the door is always their choice.

  2. After a family rift

An inheritance, a wedding, words at a funeral. Years can pass on one argument. I hold the door open between you and the family member you miss, and the right words for when you meet.

  3. When a friend went quiet

No big fight, or a small one that grew. I hold the first message easier to send, and the air between you softer. For finding new friends there is the Friendship Spell.

  4. When you are together, but far apart

If you still share a home and have lost each other in it, the Relationship Healing Spell is made for the two of you.

What happens at my table

Your name goes on paper beside theirs, the two names facing each other, with a little honey between them and a sprig of rosemary for remembering what was good. A pink candle burns beside rose quartz while I hold the picture of the two of you in the same room again: the first words awkward and then easier, a laugh that surprises you both. I hold your side most firmly, because that is the side that is yours to change.

Your report arrives the same day, written for you alone: what I felt in the bond between you, what may still be standing in the way, and how to take a first gentle step, with a few words that might help you begin. I check in with you afterwards, and you can always reply to my e-mail: I read it and answer you myself.

Making peace has always had its rituals

An olive branch has meant peace since the ancient world, carried by those who came to talk instead of fight. In the Jewish tradition, the days before Yom Kippur are for going to the people you have hurt and asking their forgiveness face to face, because no ritual can do that part for you. In many families a quarrel ended the old way: someone laid an extra place at the table, and the other one came and sat down.

What I love about all of them is that they never forced anyone. They simply made the first step easier to take. That is what I hold for you.

What about regret spells?

Many people find me by searching for a regret spell: a spell to make someone regret leaving, or regret the way they treated you. I understand that wish completely. When you have been hurt, you want the other person to feel it too.

I do not cast spells to make anyone suffer, not even someone who hurt you. Pain does not bring people back in a way that lasts, and what you send out has a way of staying with you. What I hold instead is what actually helps: your peace, your dignity, a bond that is warm enough to return to if they choose it, and a clean way out if they do not. If what you need is to let go, the Cord Cutting Spell releases the tie from your side. I wrote more about this in my letter about regret spells.

What a reconciliation spell cannot do

It cannot make someone love you, forgive you or come back, and I will never tell you it can. I do not bind anyone, and I never work against anyone's free will. If someone has asked you not to contact them, please respect it; I will hold your peace, but I will never encourage you to reach out. And if someone has hurt you or frightened you, reconciliation is not what I would hold for you: your safety comes first.

What it can do is soften your side, make the right words easier to find and hold the door open. And if your report did not land the way you hoped, tell me within seven days and I put it right.

Your part, and it is the strongest part

Write the letter you would send if you knew it would be read kindly. Say what you are sorry for, if there is something, and what you miss. Do not send it yet. Keep it beside a candle or a piece of rose quartz for three days, and read it once each day.

On the third day, cross out every sentence that asks them to feel something, and keep every sentence that says what you feel. What is left is usually short, warm and easy to receive. That is the message worth sending, if and when you choose to. Your own choices remain the strongest force there is.

Questions about reconciliation spells

What is a reconciliation spell?

A reconciliation spell is an intention for peace between two people, held through ritual: two names facing each other, honey, a candle, and words spoken as if the first kind conversation has already happened. Mine works on your side of the bond and holds the door open, held at my table the same day.

Can a reconciliation spell bring my ex back?

It cannot bring anyone back against their will, and I would never try. It softens your side, warms the bond and holds the door open. Whether they walk through it is their choice.

Do you do regret spells?

Not the kind that makes someone suffer. I never wish pain on anyone. I hold your peace, your dignity and a door that stays open if they choose it.

Does it work for family and friends?

Yes. A parent, a sibling, a grown child, an old friend: the bond is different, the care is the same.

Is a reconciliation spell safe?

Yes. It asks only for good things between you, binds no one and works against no one's will, so there is nothing to undo afterwards and nothing more to pay.

How much does a reconciliation spell cost?

My Reconciliation Spell costs €8.88, including the ritual, your written report and my check-in afterwards. The Their Thoughts & Feelings Reading is half price beside it.

What do you need from me?

Your first name, your date of birth, their first name, and in your own words what came between you and what you wish for now.

One last thing

Let me hold the door open

Wanting to mend something is one of the kindest things a heart can do. Let me hold that wish at my table with my whole heart, and I would love to hear afterwards what the first conversation was like.
